Magnesium 400
- For heart, energy metabolism and muscles
- Magnesium 400 mg – For physical stress
- B-Vitamins and Folic acid for energy
- Only once a day
Magnesium supports normal muscle function and energy metabolism.
Magnesium is essential for the activity of enzymes. Thus a good function of the nerves pathways and the muscles is based on this mineral. Especially for the heart muscle a suffcient supply with Magnesium is of great importance. But the human body is unable to synthesise the mineral by itself and the storage is limited. Thus for an optimal muscle-function the intake of an adequate amount is necessary.
B-Vitamins and Folic acid for energy
B-Vitamins play an important role in yielding energy. Every B-Vitamin plays a separate role in different metabolic reactions.
- Vitamin B1 is essential for the metabolism of the nerves. Vitamin B6 is part of protein metabolism and cell division. It also plays a role in the immune system and for the synthesis of Haemoglobin, which is necessary for the oxygen-transport in the blood.
- Vitamin B12 is indispensable for blood formation, protection of nerves and the complete nervous system. Folic acid is also a vitamin of the B-group.
- Together with B6 and B12 they play an important role in protein metabolism and genesis of red and white blood cells, which are essential for cell division and regeneration as well as for the oxygen transport.
